Whether you’re renovating a bathroom, fitting out a commercial space, upgrading carpentry, or transforming your entire home — our process ensures transparency, efficiency, and peace of mind from start to finish.

1. Submit Your Request

To get started, clients can tell us about their project in any of the following ways:

You’ll be invited to describe the works required, property details, and any initial ideas or expectations.

2. Project Consultation & Scope Discovery

One of our friendly team members will reach out to:

✅ Gather further project details

✅ Understand goals, desired outcomes, and functional needs

✅ Discuss project budget and timelines

✅ Book an onsite assessment with a specialist relevant to your project (bathrooms, carpentry, joinery, renovations, extensions, commercial fit-outs, etc.)

This ensures that the right expertise guides your project from the beginning.

3. Site Visit & Custom Quotation

After meeting onsite, our representative will document all necessary project requirements, including:

✅ Measurements and spatial considerations

✅ Design preferences and material selectionss

✅ Structural or service requirements (plumbing, electrical, ventilation, waterproofing, load-bearing elements, etc.)

✅ Functional needs and lifestyle usage

✅ Style, finishes, and aesthetic direction

A tailored quotation—prepared specifically for your project—will be issued within 5–7 business days

4. Quote Acceptance & Deposit

Once the quotation is approved, we will:

✅ Issue a deposit invoice as agreed

✅ Confirm the project into our production schedule

✅ Provide the client with next-step information

No work begins until the client is fully comfortable and ready to proceed.

5. Selections, Design & Approvals

After the deposit is received, the next stage begins. Depending on the project type, this may include:

Product & Fittings Selections

(For bathrooms, kitchens, custom joinery, carpentry, full renovations, and extensions)

Clients select preferred fixtures, finishes, colours, appliances, hardware and other design elements.

3D Render Design

Our designer will create a customised 3D visual concept using your chosen finishes to help you preview the expected outcome.

Please note: 3D renders are a close representation, but may vary up to 20% from real-life results due to lighting, textures, and material variations

Permits & Approvals (If Applicable)

We will manage:

✅ Building permits

✅ Planning approvals

✅ Structural documentation

✅ Compliance requirements

✅ Engineering certifications

We gather and submit all required information on your behalf.

6. Build Scheduling, Construction & Project Management

Once drawings are approved and permits are in place, we will:

✅ Schedule our team and subcontractors

✅ Establish a project timeline

✅ Coordinate materials and trade sequences

✅ Commence works on site

Throughout construction, a dedicated Site Manager will:

✅ Oversee workmanship and safety

✅ Maintain communication with all trades

✅ Provide updates to the clientu

✅ Manage changes, variations or unforeseen site conditions

✅ Ensure quality control and smooth progress through to completion
